What happens after you write
If you are requesting a consultation scope, the first reply asks a few questions about what you want to improve and states plainly whether your request fits our scope. No sales sequence, no follow-up pressure, no "limited availability." If we cannot help, you will hear that in the first reply, along with the reason.
If you are reporting an error in an article, include the page URL and what you observed. Confirmed errors are corrected on the page with a dated note.
